NYHS Contributes to Peter Powning’s “Spire Stelae: Impressions of a Community” Sculptures at Cranbrooke Village

In November 2013, residents of North York were invited to participate in the creation of two public art sculptures by Canadian artist Peter Powning. The two sculptures were unveiled on June 6, 2014 at Cranbrooke Village, 35 Saranac Boulevard.

NYHS took part in the community participation in this art project and has helped with the documentation of those who contributed artifacts (see index at end of ebook below).
