Live Music on Yonge – Pop Up Busking Series

Willowdale BIA is proud to present a five week-long Live Music on Yonge St. event series in partnership with Toronto Undergraduate Jazz Festival.

Open to the public with free admission (limited capacity), the Live Music on Yonge St. will take place every Friday and Saturday from September 17th until October 16th, 2021.

Enjoy outdoor live jazz music, support emerging artists, and appreciate shopping, take out and dinning from local restaurants.

Hosting five upcoming jazz groups, these dynamic artists will spark joy in all that pass by. From traditional jazz to R&B based pop, these young artists are looking forward to a chance to perform live while following safety protocols.

COVID-19 precautions are being taken very seriously and we ask all visitors to kindly follow regular safety protocol such as social distancing and mask wearing. Signage will be displayed at each busking location. Please respect gathering limits, to ensure its possible to have these performances.

Located between just North of Finch Ave. to just South of Sheppard Ave., each week will include artists playing at five different locations. Stroll through the area to enjoy the performances.
